Virtual and Recharge options
The transaction will be completed as soon as the approval of your credit card payment is received. Everything that you require to use your Prepaid Calling Card will be provided in a downloadable file. Please follow the provided instructions to perform the download.
- Credit card approval must be received prior to shipping your order.
- Business hours at NCL are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, not including regular holidays.
- NCL takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy and promptness of your order. We will respond to your order by e-mail within 24 business hours and aim to fulfill it within 3-4 business days. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business day. Please note that orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Once the product you have ordered is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your items immediately.
- Cards are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery only occurs on regular business days. Allow 4 to 5 business days*for delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges are $1.00 per card, and the charge will be included on your bill.
Returning Your Order
If for any reason you choose to return your Prepaid Calling Card, we would be pleased to offer a full refund, providing that the card has not been used. Should you return your unused Prepaid Calling card we will refund your payment within 30 days as long as your returned cards are accompanied by the receipt we provided to you with your order.
Please include the original receipt with your return. If you have discarded the original receipt, please contact us via e-mail or telephone for further guidelines.
On the back of the receipt or on a separate document, please indicate your reason for return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.). Please remember to include your address.

The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days and will be issued to the same credit card you used to purchase your order.
Canceling Your Order
At NCL we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is a very short window of time for you to cancel. We are committed to responding to an order request within 24 hours. You can review the status of your order by returning to the website and clicking on "MY ACCOUNT". Should the order status not be updated since the placement of your order, please contact us immediately either by e-mail or telephone and we will do our best to cancel the order.
